Greatly appreciate this place

about a year ago they come out to my home and were here approximately 10 minutes and told me they had emptied it and that we needed a plummer and recommended someone. they also told me that i would not need another clean up for another 3 or 4 years. here we are one year later and our tank is in need of another cleaning. they charged me 175.00 for nothing and when my husband called them to tell them they just said "well im sure they emptied and if you don't like it call someone else". needless to say, these guys are a rip off and they don't care one way of another if they did a good job or not. very bad customer service.
