While the people that have serviced my home are nice, the fact that I’ve had to call them 3 times in a brand new home concerns me. I have a new well and a whole house filter was NOT installed until I asked about the grit that was sitting on my shower floors. The charge was over $300. Now, I find there’s no insulation around my well and it froze. Johnny wants to charge me $140 to defrost it. My neighbors who have insulation did not have this problem. Wonder what surprises lie ahead?!
