Walked in needing to purchase a well pump and new well tank. The guys at the counter looked at us and continued their non business conversation. One employee left and got on the golf cart and the other never acknowledged we were there. After everyone left, the gentleman running the counter made up for it with his knowledge and great customer service by helping us find everything we needed. The only reason I gave a 3 stars is because of the way our visit started.
Not a very experienced tech came.. When they left my water was not fixed.. I called owner next day he said I didn't owe them anything and to take my problem somewhere else. Next Day Rogers had it fixed in twenty minutes..
These folks are terrific & will do you right.
I had a drain line that kept backing and 3 guys worked on the issue till the problem was solved! The guys went above and beyond to solve the issue!! I would highly recommend Hoyle Plumbing!!
