Terrible communication and customer service. I called last week to set up an appointment and they were unable to by the end of the week. Asked the lady who answered if the following Tuesday would work and asked for an early AM time and she said no problem and that she would put me on the schedule. Well Tuesday comes and I wait around all morning and they never showed up. Not once did I get a call stating my appointment had changed nor did I get a call saying they were running behind. Just got left out to dry. I would strongly suggest going to another local company if you need a plumber. Don't waste your time with these people.
