The staff on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and was able to work us in to disconnect our sink, faucet, disposal, & glass top stove in preparation for countertops being installed. The 2 men that came out were professional & had everything disconnected within 10 minutes. Excellent service & we would highly recommend Johns Plumbing!
The pump in my well went out, so two guys from John's Plumbing came out the next day and replaced the pump and the wiring to get water running in my house again. Brad and Harley did a top-notch job and got the water back in service in less than 2 hours. Fast, friendly, professional service. An excellent experience with John's Plumbing.
On Friday at 7 pm I had a leak in my house and after turning off the water began to look for a plumber with extended hours. Johns was down for 24 hrs and I have seen their trucks so I called them and two others to see who could help. Johns couldn’t get to me that evening but put me on the list for Saturday which was ok with me. The other two companies I reached out to called and said they could come but I thanked them and said I was on the list with Johns and had it covered. At noon on Saturday I called and was told I was on the list and they would get to me. At 5 pm I called them again as I had heard nothing and was told again that I was on the list and they would call me. At 6 pm I wished I had gone with one of the other plumbers. At 2 am Sunday morning I got a call asking if I still needed help which is 30 hours after my original call - I declined. I just called to share my disappointment in a professional way that this is not how you treat customers if you offer a 24 hour service. My expectations were not set properly and I wasn’t given an update to keep me informed. It is up to Christy and the team to sort if they will improve this process for the future. I am going another direction with my business.
