We used this company as they were recommended by the company who did our patio. They ran a gas line for us and obtained the permit and inspection prior to having our patio poured. They did a good job and the price seemed fair. They dug the trench by hand and were very careful of our yard. We thought the price included the full hook up and final inspection after the patio was complete, so I guess there was miscommunication between them and our concrete guy. Kind of frustrating to have an incomplete project, but nothing we can do about it. They also initially billed the wrong person and then forwarded the bill to us about a month later. No big deal, except they didn't change the bill date and started sending us non payment/past due notices a couple of days after we received the initial bill. Kind of annoying that they made a mistake and then put us as past due even though we weren't. Overall, I would consider them for plumbing needs in the future.

I have a new marble sink that needed the hardware installed, I called Several plumbers before conversing with Chris he was very professional and friendly he assured me that he could do it the next day ( everyone else wanted me to wait several days to a few weeks) he arrived on time and ready to work he gave me a very reasonable quote I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional he Completed the job with great satisfaction.... I was very pleased with His work, I decided to make him my “go to” plumber!! My suggestion to anyone needing a quality plumber should definitely Consider calling Webster & Son they are best,,!!!

Because you decided to reach out by replying to my wife's (rebekkah todd) review from over a year ago, I'd like to state for the record that we've not received one phone call from you since the Saturday in january, 2018, when we had a pipe burst and asked you to come out and also to issue the refund you promised. My phone number hasn't changed. My wife's phone number hasn't changed. We are not in the habit of avoiding phone calls from people who owe us money. If you had tried to contact us at all during this past year, you would have. You also have our address on record. We have not moved. Your response implies that you agree you owe us money and just haven't been able to get in touch with us. The information you need to do that is in the receipt you wrote. I await your reply and the refund you promised.

Do NOT work with this company (with pictures). I decided to work with this company because they had good reviews but I completely regret it. I called to get a new gas line in my house. They sent two guys, Larry and Bobby. They quoted me for $950 for a new gas line for a Range and a fireplace. They started out good with no problems. The next time they come over I wasn’t at the house. I was at work but my family was still home so they opened the door for them. I then get a call they have broken into my locked room. I immediately come home because they have forced my door open when it was locked. They didn’t ask or anything!!! They went ahead and forcefully opened it without permission and I come home immediately. I went to confront them. Larry stayed quite but Bobby completely denied it saying that the room was unlocked. I called the company and told them so they called and confronted them. They obviously lied to them and told them it was unlocked. The company didn’t do anything so I called back and they call the supervisor. I talk to him and the next few days the supervisor comes to my house. I show him and told him what happened and he obviously took his employees words over mine and was pretty much telling me I was lying. I’m not going to go though all this trouble for lies. I keep personal stuff in my room. I had some money laying around on my bed stand and it was gone. I saw his footprint near it. I showed the supervisor but he said he might have went there to cover my belongings from the dust. C’mon, you couldn’t have came up with a better lie. He had no reason to step over there. My other belongings that were on the floor, including a MacBook, were covered in dust so why wouldn’t he have covered those and they were about a feet from where he cut into the ceiling. My bed stand was the opposite side of the room and far away from the dust. I even showed him proof of the doorknob. The doorknob can no longer be opened wether unlocked or locked. The supervisor comes up with another lie saying the doorknob was already broken. If it couldn’t have been open in the first place, how did they open it. They forced open the doorknob with a knife or a screwdriver and now the doorknob is not working. I called and was told they have contacted the owner. This was two weeks ago!!! I called them for an update two weeks ago and was told they’ll call me the next day. A week goes by with no call so I call again. I was told they’ll call me the day after and that’s been a week. Do NOT work with these unhonest people who do not care about their customers and do not believe their customers. I am done with this company and will not have them finish the work. I’m finding a different company.
