Horrible experience. I called them to replace a well pump. It failed after six months from the date of installation. They did not tighten any plumbing, wires were exposed so people could have gotten electrocuted, and the pump was not installed correctly. The owner lied and said he would give a partial refund all the work that was not done to code, however it is been a month I have not received a check I posted their handiwork on YouTube. Just search Roto Rooter Rocky Mount and you can see what bang up job these idiots did.
I just can't say enough good things about Cesar and Masel These guys went above and beyond to fix our sewer blockage. I'm forever grateful for all the hard work they did. I highly recommend these guys !! We are customers for life and will gladly tell anyone to use these guys for plumbing problems!! Thank you Ceasar and Masel!!
The 2 guys that came out were awesome. They searched and found the problem and took no time to fix the issue.
