First time using Keen, called and they came immediately. Very professional, courteous, and quick to fix the problem. Customer service was awesome! Highly recommend and will definitely use Keen again! Thank you!

Steve and Tony did a great job! They came within a couple of hours of my call. They arrived in the rain and stayed till 9pm getting the job done. Very polite, thorough and professional. I would defiantly call them again.

My son used quite a bit of flushable wipes and clogged our toilet. I called for service and was told someone would call me back the same day or the following day. I hadn’t received a call back, so I called back and was told I was next on the list. They came out about an hour after I called the second time which I appreciated. The job took about 2 minutes...$115. I think this is really expensive for a 2 min job of using a snake to unclog a toilet. I’m giving them 3 stars because of the price. Customer service was great and the employees that came out to do the job were also very great. The price however...a different story.

My first call for assistance was answered by a professionally sounding employee who transferred me to Johnathan for information and services. Johnathan was not only informative but also problem-solving must be his specialty. I had a difficult project, at least it was difficult for me, but Jonathan made it sound simple. Along with being a difficult project to me it was also a big expensive project for my budget. Jonathan broke it down and made it simple for me to understand ways that we can get the project done and still come in close to budget with alternatives and simplified methods. In one word I can only describe this plumbing company as the BEST in Goldsboro.
