I do not recommend this company and will never use them again. Here is my experience. I had a toilet with a bad shut off valve and thus water was leaking on to my floor. All Pro sent a technician by the name of Brian. I was billed for 1.5 hours of labor which came to $145.00. It took the technician less than 30 minutes to fix my problem and then he said he had to "wait for 1 hour for the glue to dry." So I roughly paid $100 for the technician to sit out in his truck. Also, I had mentioned to him that I was going to remodel that bathroom in the near future so before he left he asked me if I wanted him to cut the water back on to that toilet and I replied "no just leave it off and I would cut it on if we needed it." Well as he was leaving I went to check the toilet and he had not even installed a pipe to connect the valve with the toilet tank - I could not have cut the water on even if I wanted to. I ran out to catch Brian before he pulled out of my driveway and he did come back in to install a pipe, but did not have a good attitude about it. His comment was "well you said you were going to remodel." The only reason I am even giving this company 1 star is that I have to do that in order for this review to post. I understand that plumbers are expensive, but I feel taken advantage of and that my charges were excessive. My total charge was $17.90 for the part plus $145 for labor = $162.90
