Will was fantastic! He clearly explained the billing, how he would handle removing the garbage disposal. Will was a delight to have in our home, cleaned up after himself and did an efficient job. We had some water pressure troubles at our cabin. We worked remotely with Ward to get service. They came out and did a diagnostic, then scheduled a fix. At first it seemed like one of those deals where nothing was going to go correctly. The initial appointment was postponed, after the fix there was a big leak, there was a mess left.... and at first I was sort of disappointed in the work. BUT I called Ward and they were on top of making everything right. Their technician Will was extremely communicative and came back out to fix a problem, that we came to find out wasn't even his fault!! Will and the team at Ward went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work. If you need someone who will stand by there work and make sure to get it done correctly, Ward is the place.

Fixed my broken water line (coming into my house) on the same day I called with my problem. This happened just before the 4th of July. I was very appreciative that they were able to work me into their schedule and send someone to fix my broken water line so that I could have water in my house over the holiday week. Thanks to Pete for working late and getting it repaired!
