I have been meaning to write a review for David Futrell, and his company Maintenance Mechanics, for quite some time … and it will be one of the easiest reviews I've ever written … and, here and there, I've written quite a few. David is quick at his work, extraordinarily efficient with his time-on-task, pays attention to detail and high work standards at all times, very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward, trustworthy, personable with a good sense of humor … and comes in with a very fair price for what you get, often about 20% below other quotes. And David will take on just about any residential home problem that I can think of … except maybe roofing and bugs! The only downside is that David, not surprisingly, is in high demand and so you may have to wait a bit for non-emergency services. You absolutely cannot go wrong bringing in David for work and/or a quote.
