Rick arrived in a timely manner and was very pleasant to interact with. He answered my questions and was very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately started working, fixed the problem, and took the camera into the main line to show me the issue so I could see for myself what was going on. The price they quoted me when I called to setup a service appointment was the exact price I paid. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.
Our old landlords used Roto-Rooter when we rented, and I'm glad we remembered them now that we moved. They were able to send pros out to us the same day we called, Moose & Rick. Both were professional and super friendly.
