I made an appointment with Pipeline and made a specific trip to the island for this appointment. They did not show up, I called multiple times before and during the appointment time slot and left 2 messages. They never called afterwards to explain what had happened or try to reschedule.

Called this early am and satisfactory work completed by 11 am by a very pleasant, proficient, and professional young man. A 5 star job. Recommend service.

Seth and Eric have been incredible. The whole company has my gratitude. They have shown professionalism and care far beyond that of other companies. They saved us in an emergency when no one else would. They made a service call in very dangerous conditions and saved our house from costly damage. I highly recommend them.

Awesome customer service. Guys came out to install a dishwasher. They were quick, efficient and very nice. Even cleaned up after themselves!! Highly recommend pipeline!!
