Have always been honest with me. I have used this company for work repairs as well as for personal repairs. Never have been mislead or unsatisfied with the work.

"Technicians" showed up, never introduced themselves, had to generate the conversation to see if anything was going to be said while they were there. Job was performed and when asked to clean main line going into the house I was told that would be an additional $250 but we can work a deal for you at $137.50. I was told prior to scheduling this service that the guys clean the drain field lines and the main line going into the house and was told the service runs anywhere from $300-400. Total was $573, a far cry from what I was told. Customer service rep told me "I most certainly did not tell you that was included" when I actually was told that. BEWARE of Hidden Fees.

Came out the same day that we called. Were knowledgeable, courteous, and expedient.

Fixed clogged shower drain same day. Very nice, and prompt service. Price was better than I expected. Will use them again and recommend them!
