They were prompt (and actually arrived a bit earlier than they originally mentioned on the phone), and quickly figured out where my pipes were frozen and fixed the problem. They were attentive, picking up on a frozen water hose outside before I had the chance to mention it-fixing it right away, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
