I had an emergency plumbing issue on the weekend and MB Haynes was the only one I could find to come out and clear some roots out of the pipes that had stopped up the lines. That cost around 400.00. 2 weeks later I had the same issue during the week and they found more roots in the pipeline. So I asked if the man that came the first time did not get out all the roots and they said that he probably did not but MB Haynes does not warranty the pipelines being clogged so it was an extra charge of almost 300.00. I said there was no way the roots could have grown that long in 2 weeks. They told me to talk to the manager and they would probably not charge me for the visit. Well the manager said it was their policy not to warranty pipelines and I would not be getting a refund. I found that to be ridiculous and I told the manager I would never refer anybody to MB Haynes.

They were knowledgeable and efficient! Great service.

I recently engaged Haynes Plumbing to perform repairs at a residence in Leicester, NC. The scheduler promptly put me on the list for service very quickly. A two man crew showed up at the time and day of promised service. Both of Haynes employees were polite, clean, well equipped to perform services. They took care of my issues promptly. The fees charged for services rendered were very fair. I would certainly recommend HB Haynes Plumbing for repair work.
