When you call them they come. Tell them the problem, they fix it. You aren't shocked by the bill. What can be better than that?

Very pleasant and accomidating on the phone, however there is little follow through on the actual service. On two separate occassions, I have called to schedule appointments for two different issues and both time resulted in being cancelled on at the last minute with the offer to "reschedule" the next day. Unfortunately with their last appointments at 1530 that means time off work for me. Wasted my time once and tried them again wasted my time again (even put my credit card on file with them to hopefully ensure service). Will not try them again. If anyone knows a good plumber in the area point me in the right direction.

Called roto rooter Friday October 7th 2016 and scheduled an appointment for monday the 10th. They originally said that they would be there between 12 and 2. I called in the am and several times after 2... they kept on saying we were always next in line... it went from 12 to 2, to 3 to 5 and then from 5 to 7 (pm this is) and finally after wasting all day waiting for these people to show up they called at 630 to tell me the plumber would be there within the hour.... that would mean that my 3 year old would be laying her head to rest while a random man was working on the toilet next to her room... I called because of the name, I figured that they would be good and timely but the complete opposite was the case. They also charge more than other plumbing companies in the area. Just for taking a look at my toilet they wanted to charge me 85 dollars and an additional sum if they were to fix it. Completely unprofessional, rude people over the phone, and wasted my time! I will never call them again.
