Our family had a very positive experience with John and Sweetwater plumbing. The company has an excellent track record of good work and positive reviews from local builders which is why we decided to use them. Sweetwater was able to install our ice maker quickly and efficiently for a fair and reasonable amount. The plumbing technician even drove to the local True Hardware because Kitchenaid did not send one of the required drain hoses. Additionally he wore shoe guards every time he entered the home and was polite and courteous to my family. Could not recommend this company more. Highly satisfied customer ????????

We did not have a great experience with them. Installed plastic plumbing pipes that were missing nail guards which are required per code. The pipes were punctured when baseboards were installed causing a leak after two years. They don't accept their mistake easily. Their work on a sink and a drain pipe also had issues. Update in response to Sweetwater's response: No nail plate or guard was installed by Sweetwater when the house was built. No plumbing work was done after the house was built so the claim by Sweetwater that someone else removed the plates is ludicrous. This was confirmed by the builder as a mistake of their subcontractor i.e. Sweetwater and therefore, they agreed to repair free of cost.
