My wife and I moved into a house in Mt Holly with a gas hot water heater. which had a sticker identifying Mr Abernathy as the installer Not having any experience with one, we determined that the pilot light was lit, but the water was not hot. I called for assistance. Mr Abernathy gave me a phone tutorial on the heater which not only solved the problem, but gave a better understanding of the operation and maintenance of the unit. He was very patient, and said he preferred giving instruction over the phone to making an unnecessary service call which we would have to pay for. will call in the future ic we have a real need for service.
