When I used Hatley Plumbing, they gave me GREAT service. They came in an knocked it out in half the time I expected and gave me a great price. I will definitely be using them again and have recommend them to all my friends. You will NOT be disappointed.

I had the worst experience, do not go with this company. When choosing a company you want to be treated like a person and not a number. We had a few issues with our toliet, and tub. When they came, they arrived later than they say they would, which I don't mind I know they are busy, but what really upset me was that they ignored me while I'm asking them about the problem. I had questions for them and they ignored me, then they continue to do the job while making comments on how bad the bathroon was but not once did they tell me what's wrong, or what they where doing to my bathroom. Once they got toliet running, that rushed to fix the tub but only to make it worst. They did not fix the drain in the tub. They stocked it up with a drainer place and left. When they left not once did they say they where done or notify me what took place and how it was fixed. When they left I went to in to check on everything, the toliet flushed which is a plus, but then they left shoe prints, trash from the supplies they had, didn't fix the tub they just made it worst. When we called them back to let them know the tub wasn't fixed. They say they would be back the next morning, but it was two days before they came out. We ended up taking out the piece in the tub ourselves so we could shower. When they did come back out the second time again they rushed in and out to only let me know they can't fix it, they needed another person. So I would have to wait again. And yet this time there was a bigger mess. Mud tracks in my shower, they didn't even move my rug or bathtub mat. They got mud all over my walls and not once did they apologize. This is poor service. If they would have done it right the first time, they wouldn't have to come back out. And they have no respect for our house they make a mess and don't care. Bad quality.
