Called Mega Plumbing on June 21. Toilet came loose from the floor. The receptionist said that they were kind of backed up and short handed but said that they would come out either Thur, 22 or Fri, 23. But she would call back and let me know what they could do. Never got a call back. I should not have to chase a business down to get service. I have tried several other local plumbers trying to give them a chance instead of using the National Franchise Brands. Same result. No call-back. I will change my review if they decide they will take on the work.
