Alley Plumbing

We had a leaking shower that was resulting in mold forming in our shower. They showed up early to the job, fixed it and explained to us what was happening. Then on top of that sent us a refund check because the price went down on the part that they had to put in! Honest people that did an excellent job! Would recommend them and will definitely call again for any future needs.

I rent and unfortunately my property manager uses these jokers.. I have a major plumbing problem and had to take the day off work.. loosing money first off... then when i go to contact them i am sent to voicemail just trying to get an approximate time would be for service.. no response.. I tried calling again hours later and directly to voicemail.. I then contact my property manager back letting them know I have not heard anything from them.. he informs me that he will contact them. Not even 5 minutes later my property manager calls me back and says they will be around sometime tomorrow maybe.. meanwhile I have been waiting all day. Loosing money from my job.. no call from Alley plumbing... WASTE OF TIME. .very unprofessional .. finally when I heard something it was 615pm they are closed and maybe they'll be there maybe tomorrow. F---ing joke

Very rude, I would NEVER hire this business to do any work in my home. I couldn't even finish my conversation with this lady before she tells me "I know your frustration with everybody, Bye Lady" and hangs up on me. Very poor customer service skills, this business will go downhill with her answering the phones. She assumed I wanted a plumber that day, never gave me a chance to explain to her that at "their" earliest convenience would be appreciated. I do NOT recommend.

I had an emergency on Sunday, June 14, 2015. There was a flood in the master bathroom and I had no idea where it was coming from. A long standing customer of Alley Plumbing called them herself and said I had an emergency. I called on Monday to say I would still like it checked out, but that the leak had stopped. To date I have not received a return call! I own a plumbing, heating and construction company in NJ. This type of business is a SERVICE business. No service...eventually no business. There doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency. My brother needed a 75 gallon power vent water heater installed in March and it took him 2 weeks to find a plumber and then 1 week before it was installed. Just outrageous!

We have used Alley Plumbing for years. They have always been prompt and fair with their fees. They do a great job with all the plumbing challenges we have given them in our old house.
