My first visit from them was not entirely successful, since the same issue happened again a week later. When I asked for a return visit, Brandon was dispatched, solved the issue, and warrantied the previous work. They are professional, punctual, courteous, and have reasonable rates.

Jennifer, the representative in the office, was polite, but brisk. I imagine that's due to a high volume of incoming calls and having to write up work orders, so I get it. Michael, the technician, was *absolutely* amazing. We had called because we had a severely clogged toilet that couldn't be reached by store bought tools and not only did he clear that quickly, he also adjusted the float on that same toilet because he noticed it was set too high and caused an overflow issue. I had also asked him if he had any tips on how I could address another issue in our other bathroom, which was the tub draining *very* slowly and he looked at the job timer, saw he had plenty of time left and just went out to his truck and got to work and fixed that issue too. Great company, great service, I would strongly recommend!

IN May of last year I had Cotter's fix an outside faucet that was hard to turn and dripped all the time. I thought everything was replaced with a new faucet but I still had the same problem. They came out several times and said they adjusted it. Tried it this year and still had the same problem. I had another plumber come out and find out I still had an old faucet and it was not replaced with a new one. I have tried to contact the owner for the last month but he doesn't return cost. I paid a lot of money for this job for nothing.

If you can't pay the money right away then don't bother paying these money-hungry jerks. We have been faithfully paying our bill and I called for some emergency work and they won't work on our house until we have our bill paid off and she said they were sending us to collections. All I asked about was working on my house. The lady that answered was extremely rude and disrespectful.

Called to make an appointment and was answered by Jennifer, who didn't seem friendly or helpful at all. She didn't seem to want to try and help me and was not very cheerful. Most places would try to want to get your business, but she didn't care.
