Brown's was recommended to me when Tony got my main drain open last year--frozen for 6+ weeks! The young man who came out to do the videography (endoscopy) was very nice, but I couldn't see the video in progress as there were 2 guys in my tiny bathroom. I asked for a copy of it and got a little chip (SD card?) that didn't work in my computer. I was told there was a serious break near the junction of the main line, and confirmed that a neighbor shared my line, but he couldn't orient to tell me which neighbor--very important for getting cost of repair shared. Estimates were $2500 plus but could not be scheduled for several months. Meanwhile, I got busy with other things, and when I finally got to look at the video, I couldn't see anything! Three phone calls to Brown's asking them to go over the video with me, and no response. The guys at Thomas were kind enough to go over it with me--it turns out it was very poor quality, outdated equipment ($250 charge!) and the videographer was inexperienced. He showed me how to orient in the video (water is always at the bottom--basic!), found out which neighbor shared my line, but more importantly, that there was no break in the line! The fellow from Brown's simply did not recognize the sharp downward turn that the line makes prior to joining the main line. Bottom line, I could have spent a LOT of $ for a repair not needed! Maybe these guys are good for other jobs, but if you need videography, go to Thomas! They have high quality resolution and guys with 20 years of experience.

owner and workers are very rude and disrespectful also problem was not resolved had to call one of their competitors to solve my problems will never recomend this company to anyone!!!!!
