My pipes had froze and my main had burst so I called a plumber he came out and fixed the broken main very quickly. I asked him if the unfreeze pipes and he said they don't unfreeze pipes? That's all fine and well but I asked him for assistance wrapping my heat tape around the frozen pipes sense I'm a 21 a first time home owner and need water for my kids and he said no they can't be reliable? All in all he was quick but not very helpful.
