Dave refused to come by my trailer to inspect my pump house plumbing to make sure that I had it correctly installed even though I had asked nicely

I'm sure the plumber himself does great work according to the other reviews, but I'm giving a low one due to his receptionist. She was very rude and snippy on the phone and didnn't care that we we're having problems. We went to Hemmer plumbing and heating instead, and was very pleased with our service. He got back to us right away, and came out as soon as he could even though he was booked pretty full. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed immediately.

Horrible customer service! These guys do more damage than repairs!

Terrible experience, no answer when I call. When I did get an answer the lady on the phone seemed annoyed by my phone call.

Do not do business with these people! Very rude to customers!
