Called Clark's because of positive reviews but I will never recommend them to anyone. Called to try to get someone to our house on short notice since our boiler is having an issue. I completely understand the time of year and how hard it could be to get an appointment same day but the way the call was handled is why I will never attempt to give them my business again. Spoke with a Todd, and was told that "If my established customers need me I will go to them first and probably wont be able to get to you." How do we become an established customer if you won't try to work with us? Like I said, with the time of year and short notice, it's understood that a same day appointment would be difficult, but that is no way to handle a call even if you are slammed. Was told to go to a bigger company because they were too busy to help a new customer. We try to support local but definitely won't be attempting here again.

Each time we've called Clark's there are quickly at the ready, are efficient, and their prices seem very fair. We've enjoyed our business relationship with them. Highly recommend.

I would not even give Mr. Clark one star. I called two days in a row asking for a simple call back. I am looking for a couple thousand dollars worth of work and his assistant said he is simply to busy to provide an estimate. I told her that is fine, there are other options in Helena. Then he called me back yelling at me because he is so busy and works until midnight. I would never use a company that yells at their customer. That is simply unprofessional and disrespectful. Call Shedhorn or City Plumbing. They were happy to take my call and help me with my simple question.

The owner YELLED at me that he did not have time to help me with my issue and how he is so overworked. The fact that he could not even muster an ounce of professionalism in his answer is unacceptable in a customer service role. Please take your business elsewhere folks and save your blood pressure the stress.

Used them before. Great but... See him all the time talking on his cell in town. Won’t use again. Dangerous.
