Bill's 24 Hour Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning

Bill is my go-to guy for any plumbing issues in my home. He's does great work, is fairly priced, and also a very pleasant guy. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber in the Missoula area. His assistant is also very helpful and professional. Thanks for all of your help Bill!

I had an appointment with Bills Plumbing for a Thursday afternoon, was told I would get a call before Bill was able to make it onsite. I took the afternoon off from work and waiting to be contacted that afternoon. At 3:00 pm I called and left a message as I hadn't heard anything about my appointment. I received a call back and was informed that I was next on the list. At 5:10pm I was called and Bill was on his way. As this was now after 5:00pm and we had a family obligation at 5:30pm and nobody would be home. I was fine with Bill coming the next morning, but was told that I couldn't make the appointment and it would have to be rescheduled (5-6 days later). I understand sometimes schedules don't go as planned, but to miss the appointment and then try and blame the customer and try to reschedule 5-6 days out, that was unprofessional. Again, I completely understand jobs sometimes take longer than expected and things come up. I was completely fine with Bill coming first thing the next morning (I would have also had to take that time off of work, as I did for that afternoon's appointment). I can not recommend this business, completely unprofessional Update: Wow...I think anyone who knows me, knows that I did not use a curse word to your administrator assistant, yes I got frustrated when I was told that I was missing my appointment and it would be rescheduled for the middle of next week. That is the first untruthful remark. Second, never did I once ask about after hours fees. I confirmed with her that my appointment was for the afternoon (let her know I took time off of work to be here that afternoon), and was told afternoon was anytime from 12:00 to when ever you guys finish for the day, which could be into the evening. I let her know that we were leaving for a family obligation at 5:30 and no one would be home. I asked her why I wasn't informed when I made the appointment that someone might no be able to come until the evening (I would have scheduled for a different day). Never did I mention "after hours charges", that is another untruthful remark. I asked to talk with Bill to inquire about scheduling the next morning, but when Bill called he informed me I need to "find another plumber" and abruptly hung up. "no respect for women", come on don't do that...I understand schedule issues when jobs can take anywhere from 5 minutes to hours, but when you miss a scheduling window; don't blame it on the customer and try and reschedule a week out....that should be something that gets rescheduled the next day. Thank you for the response, it only cements my original issues with this business and its owner. I hope this helps someone who is looking for a plumber, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Bill was incredibly prompt and professional getting out to our rental unit. He scoped our sewer line, and, finding it was as lost cause for rooting, didn't charge us for work that wasn't worth doing. Very up front about everything. 10/10 would recommend.

Bill's experience and knowledge of my neighborhood allowed him to answer my question without doing a scope. Excellent and generous service.

Bill and his son were incredibly quick and efficient! They changed out the pipes underneath my kitchen sink and de-clogged my bathroom sink and tub in record time. A few months after my sinks had been serviced, I had several followup questions. Bill showed up to answer them and was terrific at walking me through some quick fixes I could do myself.
