Woke up Sunday morning to find our AC was blowing hot air , 79 degrees at 9am. By 10pm it was 90 degrees. I called Philadelphia AC Monday morning at 8am and they came out and found that the compressor was out on our 12 year old unit. Gave me a quote on replacing the entire system. First said they would put me on the schedule once I said go ahead and would get in installed by Thursday. I got a call about one hour later and was told they were able to work things around and had my 4 Ton Heat pump system in stock and would install that day. They showed up at 230pm and we signed the paperwork, my wife had to go to Jackson so we left and we we walked back into our house at 7pm they had already left and out ac had been completely installed and felt wonderful. They went above and beyond and all I could say was WOW. Very professional from start to finish. Called me at 830pm to follow up to see if I had made it home. I only rated them 5 Stars because that was the highest rating there was. Thank you again Philadelphia AC team for everything. If you need AC or other type work , they are the ones to call.
Awesome Crew! Very respectful and know their job! As u do research it’s hard to find a reputable company that you can trust to do the job but with this company you can put your trust in them. They are highly recommended word of mouth thru businesses and residential. Thanks guys y’all did a great job servicing my ac unit!
You will not find a more honest A/C company in Philly. Great work by Matthew and his brother. Knows what he is talking about and fixes at a great price. I won't be going anywhere else for my repairs.
I called today a little after 4pm just to get some info and see when they could possibly come out because the drain pan was leaking on the inside unit. I spoke with Matthew,he asked where I lived and I told him. He happen to be fairly close and even though he really didn't have to he told me he'd come right on over. He did and got us taken care of! My husband and I work in customer service so we know good service and this was it by far!! Matthew was very nice and professional and we will be using them from now on!!
Excellent Service, Flexible Hours, and Reasonable Prices. Very Good at what they do; He knew how to fix my refrigerator before he even got here. They’re that good! Definitely Recommend!!
