I've always had a good time dealing with them. Their staff is friendly and efficient. Septic work is a lot harder to handle than some people can imagine!
I’ve been dealing with issues on my septic system for the last 6 years and the equipment manufacturer and the installer “Chris Brown” are extremely unreliable and unprofessional. This is the worst experience my family had to experience in our lifetime because we have an environmental health crisis in our residence because of these two organizations.
After 25+ years in construction we purchased a new home with this companies system installed. First, go with a standard septic system! Second, this company, it's product, and support for thier product suck. I just spoke with an over aggressive manager/owner who is extremely unprofessional. Wish I had his name.
