Greg did all the initial rough in plumbing of our new home build but then refused to answer the phone or return calls once we needed him to finish the project like he agreed. We still have all the sinks, tub, and faucets to be put in as well as gas lines to be hooked up. He’s walked off the job for no apparent reason and no warning. We will end up having to spend 1 to 2 thousand more dollars to hire someone new to finish plumbing our house. I wish I had used a more dependable and honest plumber to start.

Mike came out and fixed our leaky toilet. Very professional, and very thorough. They fixed stuff that our previous plumber had messed up.

The worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. No complaints about the work, but will not use them in the future.

I had to call a plumber to my home this week for some repair work and installation of a few items. I want to say that having used them one other time, I was extremely pleased in the workmanship, quality of work, politeness, and promptness of the appointment.
