Roto-Rooter

Had them come out because our toilet had been getting clogged easily, and then water started to come out from the base of the toilet. They came out and rootered our pipes and said they'd gotten a "paper clog that was likely tampons" cleared out. I don't flush tampons, but I am not the first owner of this house so I thought, maybe he was right. We paid almost $400 and he left. I could tell the seal on the toilet was not properly done because the toilet rocked and made a suction noise when sat upon, but I didn't call back about it. Less than TWO months later, our sewage backed up into the house!!!!! The same man that had come out before came back to try to fix it. He said this clog was worse than the last clog and it was a "tampon" I told him there is no way it could have been if he cleaned out our system properly the first time. Things got heated and he left stating they will call us later to bill us. After he left, when using the toilet it rocked worse than it did last time he was there, and here we are a week later and my wax ring is coming out from around the entire back of the toilet. We are still having periodic clogs, and I've decided I will call another plumber instead of deal with them again. I DO NOT recommend this particular branch of Roto Rooter.
