Great work done on my home ! Great customer service ????
We called them on Monday, Mar 4th to install a drip pan for a water heater. The lady I spoke with said the maintenance man wasn't available and she would call on the 5th to set an appointment. I waited for her call until 3 PM on the 5th; when she didn't call, I called them back. Got the same lady on the phone, and she told me she had forgotten to tell the plumber about my call. She apologized and promised the plumber would call us that evening. It is now Mar 6th and I still have no return call. Moving on to the next plumber; this was the end of my business with Gordon Plumbing.
