I worked with Chris Herring. He returned all my calls in a reasonable amount of time & he also answered all my questions. The guys he sent over to install my units were respectful & nice. They were meticulous in their work & they cleaned up behind themselves. They explained the warranty with their company & warranty with the product. I was given instructions on registering the equipment online & before they left they did another walk through to make sure everything was clean & back in its place. I would highly recommend them to my friends & family.

Guys really knows what they are doing. They have me choices to solve my problem. Friendly and helpful.

American air is a ripoff. I called them to come out and my husband had a someone else to come out that was highly recommend. My husband's friend came first. And told us we need to clean are unit but he couldn't do it that day. So American air guy came out we told him what we needed right in are driveway. He left said he would be back with an estimate. Then the lady I called called my phone and asked for my husband not me. Then wanted us to bring them the service fee $80.00. But the guy didn't do the job. So my husband got ticked and took them the $80.00 but they wanted us to pay another service charge to come back and do the job plus the labor and materials? But they couldn't do the cleaning that day. So we asked for them to just do freon since my next day off was in 3 days. They said no. Really you never did anything the first time. So now not only will I be going with the other company to do the work but I will also be using them on a property we are closing on that needs a whole new unit. Don't use them service was the worst I have ever had. The only reason they were trying to bully us to pay them are money to do a job they couldn't do that day was cause I was honest and told them I had the cash to do the job. So act broke don't tell them how much money you have. They also changed their story several times. One minute saying they can do it then they can't I have never felt so ripped off in my life.
