Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

I contacted Roto-Rooter for my plumbing emergency, and the experience was first-rate. Josh, the plumber who came to my house, was a lovely young man, knowledgeable and very polite. He answered all of my questions, completed the work swiftly, and gave me hints to help with problems that might happen in the future. I have had no difficulties with the plumbing since his visit. I won't hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends.

Have used RR several times and was pleased with job. However today I called them to fix a problem they had fixed once before for $50 but told today it could possibly be $325 plus $75 service call. Called Danny Miller Plumbing and was told it would be $125 an hour plus service call and the hour begins at time of dispatch. We live about 45 min. away from where the business is and they had no one in my area. The biggest catch with them was they wouldn’t make it until Monday or Tuesday. Being Friday and not wanting to go without water all weekend that was out. So I went to local hardware store and bought what the guys used before and fixed the problem for under $10. Will probably use RR again for complicated problems. Crazy prices. ????????‍♀️

I have used Rotorooter for the past 2 years, as needed for 3 different jobs. So far. If I need another job done I will definitely call again! The tech today was the same from the first job. He was professional, friendly, fast and does an excellent job! He is actually the reason I consider Rotorooter before any other company out there. And I have-- in the past-- used other companies. Not any more! Yes, he is that good. He actually takes pride in a job well done. From start to finish- 1st rate! TY for a great job!
