Brad and his capable crew have repeatedly shown themselves to be dependable, reasonably priced and experts at what they do. We can’t say enough good things about how thankful we have been for their services.

Horrible Experience, please call Jet Plumbing for your plumbing needs, these guys came out 5 times and still did'nt fix my problem, they messed up my floor, blew dust from there machine all over my bathroom and bedroom, broke my toilet, didn't have equipment, had to leave and go to get stuff, they had cheap wax rings, had me to buy a bottom toilet bowl l didn't need, l asked for a refund and Brad Roger's came out, told me if he could rule out the toilet, he would give me a refund, well he said the toilet was not my issue and he wouldn't refund my 540.00, he came out for 4hours and this guy was so cocky, bragged about how good he was and how he was the best at finding leaks, and the best plumber, he was all in our business as to what we do professionally, instead of shutting up and actually doing some work, long story short, this guy loves to file insurance claims, he just kept pushing filing stuff on our insurance, he said the insurance had to pay it, he said the leak will get worse under your toilet, he told us we had a leak in our copper pipe, another plumber came and laughed at that, the copper pipe is pressurized, no way, l called Brad Roger's becuase l couldn't get Jet, worst mistake l ever made, l should have just waited for Taif with Jet, l saw 5 of his guys including him, came to my house 5times, the 1st time used a cheap wax ring, the 2nd just reset the toilet, the 3rd, Brad came and said buy a new bowl didn't look under it or nothing, bought the bowl, still saw this spot of water under my toilet, that's what the 1st call was about, that was my problem, they installed the bowl, that l did'nt need, he came out, wouldn't give us a refund, Brad Roger's Plumbing is the worst, Please do not use this guy and his company! One more thing, when he came out for the 4hours, he was suppose to just be ruling out the toilet, he did a pressure check, we didn't ask for, we found out, when we asked for the refund when he was leaving, that he did the pressure check to keep from giving us a refund, he wouldn't look my husband in the face, he was looking down and said, well it evened, l did a pressure check, Brad had told me over the phone let me rule out the toilet, if l can't fix it, l will refund you, let me come by in the morning, and if it's not the toilet l will give you a refund, bottom line he did not know what he was doing or his staff, cheap wax ring, no shimmey, just poor service, l guess he broke and really needed that 540.00, Karma is something, l predict he will loose triple that amount he swindled us out of, dont use this company, Please! Please! Please!

Nightmare dealing with this bunch for over 6 months. 2 floods ond 1 fire and nothing but excuses for 6 months and then wanted to charge for his damages while we were homeless for months for all the damage. Had to claim it on our insurance because he disappeared an didn't even apologize for the fire or flooding. Brad and his secretary will dodge your calls and emails like no other. The cleanup crew says brad is a frequent customer due to him flooding houses. Save yourself the hassle and headache and find another plumber!

Choose another! Waited for three weeks and they still not not fix my problem and that is a long time to wait for a plumber. Also made me feel like they were doing me a favor to provide service.

Wish There was an option for 10 stars! Service is professional, crews are all knowledgeable. We will never use another plumber.
