It was an ok experience dealing with 1 certain person I wont mention names. I know this family and they are good people.

My caste iron pipe gave up the battle. Smelled and soaked the wall. I hoped the disaster repair could be done in a week. 1 day superb job I could have asked for more.

I have used Pierce twice now and have been pleased both times. I have had them out for an emergency repair on a Friday night to replace a busted line, and again to correct another plumber's mistake. They are fast, knowledgeable, professional, and do great work. I will be using them for any plumbing problems in the future.

Called on a Monday morning and was told that they would get to me later on in the week unless they had a cancellation. It’s been way over a week and I’m still waiting for a call! Good thing we didn’t have a major water problem. Pretty bad business practice, huh! Call another company if you actually want them to call you back.

I called Pierce Plumbing because I had a small water leak in a pipe leading to my dishwasher. They were there really fast and got me fixed up. They were a lot better priced than the other two companies I had look at it. Any plumbing jobs I have from now on will only go to them.
