Very professional and fast! I have two small kids and it’s the middle of summer in MS. I called on July 3rd at 7 PM when my AC went out not expecting anyone to come that late but they sent someone within the hour. When the technician, Christian, got here he was very nice and professional. He went out of his way to get us the part we needed over the holiday. He was able to fix it within 20 minutes of being here. I could not have asked for better service. I will be using Dean in the future for all my heating/air and plumbing needs. After our AC was fixed we also got a follow up call later that evening to ensure everything was working as it should.

The customer service was outstanding! I had a water leak that had been repaired twice in the past but every time it persisted to leak.
