Overall, delightful experience. Very friendly staff. Totally calmed me down during the chaotic event of well.... no details needed. Explained the costs before proceeding and fixed the problem! A little pricey, but available on the weekends and PICKED UP THEIR PHONE RIGHT AWAY- voicemails SUCK!
They where right out to the park. But the estimates that I asked for never materilized.
I was told my appointment would be 8am. I called at 11:30am and asked for an update. They called back a half hour later and said it would be another hour. Apparently they had told me the wrong appt. time when I scheduled and since there's no confirmation phone calls as there are with other plumbing businesses I had no way of knowing this. I took the entire morning off of work and received no apologies for their mistake. I will never use Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs.
