Century Rooter Service And Plumbing

Century Rooter came out the same day and replaced our flapper which had gone bad prematurely. The owner of the company was more than accommodating to us and agreed to replace the part for free. We will definitely continue to use Century for all of our plumbing needs and recommend their excellent customer service to our friends!

Century Rooter is the best company hands down. Whatever the problem is they can solve. Their employees are polite and do not try to upsell items you do not need. I will use them again and again.

Scheduled an appt for a back flow test and they were upfront with their prices (can’t say that about most that I’ve called prior). No upfront deposits neither. My appt was scheduled fast and the tech showed up on time. He was fast and very professional! Definitely will call on Century Rooter if I run across any more concerns!!

Once again Century has come to rescue us from the dreaded sink clog. We have a chronic problem and I call every 4 months or so. Always so polite, professional, tidy and thorough! No matter which of the guys show up, they are always welcome here!
