I tried to schedule an inspection and the lady on the phone was very rude. I was trying to figure out pricing and she was very short and rude. When I mentioned I had not recieved a phone call from her, and that it was probably an issue with my phone I was having the prior evening. She acused me I was wrong and said I made her " upset" by telling her I had not recieved a phone call back. I did not appreciate the attitude especailly when I am being called at 8:00 pm while having dinner with my family. If you're going to call somebody late do not be rude to them instantly.... I'm very dissapointed. This company was referred, and I will share my experiance with this company!!

Great customer service & honest. I wouldn't recommend using anyone else, they are extremely knowledgeable and are great at what they do.

If I could give them a negative number of stars I would. Simply one of the most unprofessional people I have had the displeasure to deal with.

Truninger Brothers has done the clean out of my septic tank for the last 3 or 4 times and I always know they are doing a great job. They are the only company that told me that I had some clean out accesses that needed to be taken care of and some other details about the job that shows me that their service is money well spent. If you need a septic tank clean out or serviced, I would not hesitate to recommend them to you.
