We have used Mister Fix It on several occasions and have never been more pleased. Quick response, courteous staff, knowledgeable and reliable. Even when we were out of town and needed immediate assistance during the closing of our home he and his team were right there to help us get done what needed to be done in a moments notice. Rebuilt deck. Replaced exterior doors , faucet and ceiling fan install. All work performed in allotted time and everything works fine and looks good. Getting more work done with them.

I was a vendor for them and they stiffed me for the last $1400. They did not contest the charges. They simply did not pay and stopped returning phone calls.

I called Mr. Fix-It for a broken porch light needing fixing. They were very quick to send someone to survey the work and provide an estimate, but then things fell apart from there... No one ever answers their office phone number during business hours... Whether you call a minute after their office hours begin at 8am or any other time of the day... no answer. Finally, after getting an appointment scheduled through countless voicemails back and forth, I took off work for a morning visit that never happened. They told me someone called in sick, which I understand happens and is a fact of life, but if I hadn’t pestered them a ton I don’t believe I would have ever received a call or notice. I had to hunt them down to find out what happened with our appointment. So “sick days” and call-in’s happen, so I hoped for the best and was able to reschedule for a few weeks later at the same time today. Today, no one showed up again and I have called the office twice (8:01am and 8:10am) and no one is there to pick up the phone. Two no-call, no-shows for appointments, and no way to reach their office manager. Something is seriously wrong with this company, and they treat their clients very poorly. Unless you want to waste a lot of your time... miss work waiting around for them to not show up, waste time during your work day trying hard to reach someone by phone, do NOT call or try to use this company.
