Affordable Plumbing Heating

I don’t even feel that one star is applicable, but was my only option. Very unprofessional and did a poor job. Paid to have a already purchased dishwasher installed and received the final bill of $415. At Thai price I could have bought a dishwasher with the install and paid less. I was apparently billed for his drive time, since he was not equipped with all the necessary parts to complete the job. When scheduling he specifically asked if the dishwasher was located next to the sink and I told him no. I asked him if we needed to measure and he stayed that it would be fine, of course it will be fine if you are going to have to go into town to get parts and bill for the whole time you are gone. The worst part of this all, is that the dishwasher isn’t working. Very dissatisfied with the service and pricing. Oh and he is not located on Coler in Neosho, he is located in Joplin.

First, I blame myself for even calling this company in the first place. Second, you guys charge wayyyyyy more than what you actually do!!! Like really? Unprofessional 100%! Why complain about calling you guys in the middle of the night when it clearly says “open 24 hours” wow. Never again will I even bother y’all. $300 for nothing. WOW. (P.s. it wouldn’t let me post it without atleast giving you guys a star) ????

Spoke with on the phone didn't seem very friendly helpful or willing to work with people that can do part of the stuff their self did not actually have him do work for me so I can't vouch for his quality
