I am thrilled to have found this plumber! Professional, personable, and client-oriented are a few the terms with which I would describe Poor John's. I had been waiting until I had funds to do 3 different plumbing repairs. It required two visits. Technician Albert arrived right on time (and called ahead to let me know he was on the way). He and his assistant, Abby, ably installed a kitchen faucet and fixed a long-troublesome toilet; then, the next week, he installed a new bathroom sink. He worked with me to figure out how best to keep costs down and triple-checked his work. The dispatcher at the office also very helpful, assessing needs and explaining the process with courtesy and care. In my view, a successful trades person works within the context of relationship with the customer; Poor John's puts this idea into practice most effectively!

They told me one price then charged more, they also charge for gas 15 dollars per visit
