This company was great. I called on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to get someone out to my place within a few hours. It is virtually impossible to get anyone in Eureka Springs to answer the phone, much less actually show up. Rikard came from Missouri with no problem. The gentleman that arrived was professional, and very kind. He identified the problem right away and had it fixed in no time at all. I appreciate very much the Rikard took care of my problem so promptly and professionally. I now know who I can count on for any plumbing needs I might have. I highly recommend Rikard.
