They do a great job!
My grandmother in law used them to fix a leak in her front yard. She said they were rude and sent a few people but only one guy was working. I dont like leaving negative feedback but if I can can help another person not get taken by them I will. She can't use her front door anymore because her walk is so bad because of their poor work quality.
I have used Bell a lot in the past and they were good but then Wiseman bought them out and now they are terrible. They send out extra people for a one man easy job then charge double time when the second guy was training the other one and expects me to pay for his training. I questioned why and they gave me a minor discount. Then I had my dad call them for a repair and a guy got on the phone and gave my dad grief about me asking about the double charge and continued to have an attitude about it and said they will only show up for a one time courtesy since I disagreed with his billing and continued to tell him they will never work for me or him ever again. So just cuz we have the same last name they are rude and arrogant to my father. This is one of the worst unethical business deals I’ve heard of. Then I told only three people this story and all three had similar horrible experiences with Bell. Save yourself the headaches and money and stay away from Bell. Absolutely horrible business
I had the same experience as Verdis. Unfortunately the new ownership isn't quite nearly as professional and caring as the old. I won't regret that I won't be returning.
