Amazing job and a fast worker. Not sure why he's a plumber because he definitely could have made it as a comedian but I guess you've got to get your stories from somewhere and I'd say he definitely got one here. He not only came out late in the evening to thaw the pipes to a part of the rental I'm in but also fixed a busted pipe that lead to the source of the smell I couldn't seem to get out of the house and then removed it for me. I'm sure you arrived the conclusion that there was a dead critter in my wall but if not, mystery solved. He was very professional and great to talk to.

I cannot thank you enough for working with Randall and completing the job in a much faster time frame than I anticipated.
