Doug's Plumbing

Because I want the truth known. Doug's plumbing recently came to our house and told potential buyers that the seepage system had roots growing in the bottom and needed replaced. I have Mulberry trees which on average grow no deeper than 24 inches. (Google it) The potential buyers backed out because company's like Doug's lie to get more work and money even if your system is good. Beware people and do your own research. For those reading this another company has given us the pass certification. So Doug's plumbing got any more lies?

Doug has came out to my place twice in the last 3 weeks, he does excellent work and in a timely manner. hes friendly and professional. i would highly reccomend his service to anyone with plumbing trouble.

Hired Doug to fix a leaking garden hose outlet in my backyard and to install the plumbing for my bbq island. Saying Doug let me down would be a gross understatement. First, he arrived 3 hours late to do the scheduled work. Second, he failed complete the work so we scheduled a second visit. He was then over 4 hours late for the second visit and still did not finish the work. On his third visit not only did Doug still again fail to finish the work, but he also literally quit. After breaking a bathroom sink which was totally fine before Doug did his thing, I called him and he told me to keep the rest of the money owed because he could not do finish the work. Doug is obviously going through some financial problems and he literally asked me to buy him parts he needed for him at Lowe’s and also hit me up for gas money on his third visit. Doug overbooks himself so don’t count on him doing the work contracted for nor expect the work to be done on a deadline because he will not show up or even provide a valid time window you can count on. There is a reason the phone# on Doug’s business card is no longer valid. Doug is a crook, plain and simple. I recommend anyone looking for a quality plumber to look elsewhere. Avoid Doug. He will let you down, from late arrivals, leaving after only 30 min of work due to overbooking and then literally quitting on a job. He is broke for a reason. I am happy to share my story along with photos of the work Doug did at my place to anyone.

Was dishonest about a septic inspection. But I hate to tell you just about ALL will do the same thing if you are selling your house.

I had called 3 other plumbing advertised in google prior to calling Doug’s plumbing and to be honest , none of them were as caring and respectful not to mention reasonable pricing as Doug was. Great customer service, fast and caring. It was a horrible emergency and he made it to my home in 30mins. He was on the job and got it done. I’d recommend Doug’s plumbing over any plumbers. He really knows his stuff. Can’t express how caring and reasonable the pricing, honestly.
