My wife and I had a new water heater and softener installed by Tim from Air & Water Solutions. He did an excellent job in a pretty tight place. He was very friendly and professional. He answered all our questions clearly. He explained operation of our new units. Shawn came to our house to see what we needed and explain what choices we had. We were impressed by him. We want to thank Air and Water Solutions for a great job.

Bought from them 18 months ago and we were very satisfied! Had a service issue back in February and they did a great job. Had to wait on a part that was delayed in shipment due to weather( that's for another review). We have recommended them to several of our neighbors who have also used them and will continue to due so, Also a shout out to James the service tech that helped us out. He does great work! I worked with Sean Lair who was able to guide me through the detail of my Kinetico system in great detail. He was clear and concise on his advice to me regarding my system as well as options down the road. Super fast and reliable! These are techs are heroes. Not only do we use them at my work, but I also use them on my personal home. As an owner of an old home, I’m always fixing things. However, crawling under my house and fixing a leaking gas line was not a project I was prepared for. James came over and fixed the issue in 45 minutes. I will continue use them in future.

About 6 months ago in summer Rodney who was the owner came to the house afater another service tech had already been here. He was very unprofessional and called me unreasonable that I want to cool the house down to 70F when it's in the 90s outside. He then walked out of my house and to his car. I followed and he said I'm leaving. I asked why and he replied with, I'm not going to waste my time talking to someone who doesn't listen. He stated no AC Unit in Columbia could cool down a house to 70F when it is in the 90s outside. Funny thing is, it worked fine the last 2 summers in cooling house down to 70 and worked well this pass summer cooling house down to 70 in the beginning of summer but then all of a sudden it can't cool house. Air coming out of vent is only about 6 degrees cooler than ambient temperature. Anyway, this summer sucked as I was always hot in the house and sweaty. I would avoid using this company for AC related issues as they are rude, well Rodney is and they are not thiurough investigating what the cause or if a leak or just bad old equipment giving out and on it's last life. My AC unit ran 24/7 for nearly 11 days straight and the house during the day never got cooler than 76 even though I had it set to cool to 70.the air coming out of vent was hardly cool. My electric bill was 80% higher that month and the every month after that for about 4 more months. Avoid them. Rodney is a rude guy and he is the owner.
