D & M Plumbing Septic Tanks

It appears this company has multiple pages. Because the service (or lack there of) I'm going to explain why they're so bad on both. I've been led around for days by this unprofessional company. They told me on a Thursday afternoon they could come out and service my septic tank that evening. They told me that if not, they'd call me and let me know that I'd be first thing the next day. Never called to tell me anything. Friday comes and I reach out saying that I hadn't heard from them and to see when they'd come by. They told me they'd be by around 3 that afternoon. Never showed, never called to explain. I sat around for hours waiting for them to show. Called again and was told "To busy, you've been slotted for first thing the next morning. 7am." It is now Saturday, I've called several times. Been told they were on the way several time and I'm still sitting here unserviced and dealing with a stinky septic tank. To make matters worse, I tried to call the actual driver/servicer and he was rude and wouldn't give me any information like... "are you even coming?" Totally unprofessional.
